Adom TV Apologies 2 Akufo-Addo For Airing Fake Bribery Video (Watch). Ghana Election 2020: Accra-based Adom TV; a television under Multimedia conglomerate, has published a notice of apology across to President Akufo-Addo on Wednesday, 2nd December, 2020.

Adom TV on Tuesday 1st December, 2020, aired a video by opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), which purported to tag President Akufo-Addo of corruption.

Adom TV after rigorous investigation of the video, came out to defend the truth against the video, saying they have acknowledge the video, does not disseminate the full story of the said bribery, hence apologies for airing it.

According to the Adom TV, they said the video has no connection to the presidency of Akufo-Addo, arguing that, the recorded video was taken in 2016, when Mr. Akufo-Addo was not the president of Ghana yet.

Taking to social media, Adom TV shared their notice of apology letter.
