After talking about his life and praising God for his life, Sarkodie chipped in some issues he had with the National Democratic Congress (NDC) who criticised him for releasing songs to take a swipe at John Mahama’s government.

Mentioning the Dumsor and Inflation songs he did at the time, Sarkodie did a fast-forward to Akufo-Addo’s time and pointed to the stable electricity and Free Senior High School.

He then proceeded to urge Akufo-Addo to continue to govern saying ‘Nana Toaso’ which literally translates as ‘continue, Nana. many Ghanaians concluded that the rapper endorsed Akufo-Addo for another term.

The president reacted to the song in a post on Twitter describing it as a “nice song” while repeating a line in the song which had Sarkodie referring to one of Akufo-Addo’s slogans.
